Combined new company will be operated and marketed nationally as Western Peaks Logistics
Salt Lake City, Utah; Omaha, Neb.; and Durango, Colo., December 5, 2018—Kangaroo Express and American Courier Corporation, which also owns Action Cargo, are merging to enhance their service offerings and coverage of the western United States in providing customized delivery and logistics solutions. The combined new company will be operated and marketed nationally under the Western Peaks Logistics (WPL) brand.
With unrivaled coverage in Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, southeastern Montana, and a portion of South Dakota and Nebraska, the American Courier and Kangaroo Express merger will offer a depth and breadth of service beyond any other delivery and logistics providers serving the West. Bringing the combined new company under the WPL umbrella will eliminate redundancy while improving service to metropolitan and rural communities throughout the WPL service area.
